Rokkenjima Mafia Roulette II - The All-Piercing Blue [GAME OVER - Witch Victory]

What you said above is quite likely theory about me being a witch @midsummer. I mean, I know I am not one, but you guys shouldn’t just write me off as totally innocent. Because something like this could happen in the future as well.

Anyways, just because I am telling the truth doesn’t mean Blackrune is a human. Maybe they are a witch who doesn’t have a killing ability. We have to be mindful of those.

Oh, right. This is why I shouldn’t post at 0:40 at night.

…But the situation is just so interestiiing.

Anyhow, that doesn’t really change things, does it? The list of suspects should remain more or less the same.

Unless my sleep-deprived brain fails to take something really obvious into account.

Well, Blackrune is out of suspicion because he visited me and I’m clearly still alive and kicking. I am honestly very sure that Battler is human as it would be way too risky to try to find a game breaking strategy as a witch, and I doubt that he asked the question beforehand to already know that the question is safe to ask as it’s going to be denied anyway. And as a human, it is therefore idiotic to not say that you killed someone. Kluck is out as he was pressed and never claimed something. I don’t suspect me for obvious reasons. It is true that one of the dead could have had a kill ability, however, it could only be one. That leaves us with one more, which is why I said “At least one.”

Yeah, assuming @Wonderlander is telling the truth, an assumption I’m willing to play by…

Uh huh, @VyseGolbez’s logic seems to check out.

Of course from my POV he’s still a suspect on that list… so from where I’m sitting:

@VyseGolbez @Antra @midsummer @thesorceress

at least one of these four has an Innate Ability that lets them eliminate players.

Alright then!

I’m gonna propose a little special something!

This ability lets me kill [PLAYER NAME] once per night! When this ability is used, the gamemaster is forced to post that I used this ability in thread, even if the kill was negated, or someone else beat me to the punch.

So, the people who could’ve used an innate elimination ability are…

@midsummer
@Antra
@thesorceress
@VyseGolbez
@MAFIA_Battler

@Doldod
@Real

That’s seven. Not bad. Since it’s pretty unlikely a human used an elimination ability, @Doldod or @Real being the mystery culprit is pretty unlikely. So, that leaves us with five suspects. Depending on whether or not Wonderlander is innocent, there are either one or two witches among those five. Unless a human really did use an elimination ability.

@MAFIA_Battler, what exactly are you planning?

I’ll go to sleep irl now, so I’ll be back in 8 to 10-ish hours. I hope @EternalMagician has spoken until then.

@MAFIA_Battler That’s similar to your earlier try. The forcing the gamemaster part is informational, the rest acting, thus invalid.

…I should go to sleep as well. There’s little I can achieve when I can barely think straight without assistance.

Heheh no it’s not!

Kyahahahahaha!

It forces the gamemaster to make an action if the ability succesfully resolves (so if it isn’t blocked).

It’s just another effect of the ability!

@MAFIA_Bernkastel, what is your verdict?

Sounds okay at first glance. If I do see a problem with it I’ll refute it myself at nightfall.

-waves lazily at @Kluck-

I’m here! I have an innate ability–it’s a pretty lame one that I didn’t use and it’s certainly not elimination based.

Would you like me to say it in blue? I’d like to speed up any process on lowering that list.

Kyahahaha!

Saying it in blue would be meaningless wouldn’t it?

Just say it in normal bold

Sure thing.

My ability is called Liberate. I can target one person with a modifier and undo it. If that person was already normal it does nothing.

That wasn’t a direct quote, just a summary.

Hoy hoy hoy!!!

Why don’t you start telling the truth now!

What’s the deal with your ability having a name? Abilities don’t have names in this game!

I am telling the truth. My PM says Liberate and then it has a description of my ability.

I just went back and looked at it. That’s what’s up.

I can confirm. My innate ability has a name as well. It appears that Locked Powers are unnamed abilities.

Wow! That’s some confidence! Hm. Odd. It seems like you’re not lying but…

Game master! @MAFIA_Bernkastel!

While Locked Abilities may not have names, do Innate Abilities have names in this game?

I can answer neither yes nor no to this question…
