You are a Switcher. You can pick two people every Twilight Phase, and swap their positions. To use this ability, please respond to the PM as per the example below:

Switch: PlayerA with PlayerB

For the specifics of this unique ability, let’s run an example. PlayerA is targeted to be killed by the Witch Side tonight. And, say, PlayerB is being investigated. With your ability, the targeting on these two people become reversed. Anyone using an ability on PlayerA will act on PlayerB instead, and vice versa. Unfortunently, you can not switch yourself.

You are a Redirecter, and can will the powers across the Gameboard as you see fit. By your command, you can order a Player to focus their attention, and ability, on anyone you want. To use this ability, please respond to the PM as per the example below:

Redirect: PlayerA towards PlayerB

The player you name first will have their target overrided with the player you name second, and you can watch whatever unfolds from the comfort of your seat when the sun rises. You can use this ability as many times as you want, but you can only Redirect a specific Player once. You can target them at Player as many times as you want.

A young girl from the old Sonozaki family of Hinamizawa, Mion is a natural born leader with incredible charisma and the ability to make anything fun. This game of life and death is a little outside her usual bounds, but her reputation and honour as leader of the schoolyard Club back home won’t allow her to lose any game.

You have a Strong Voice, and all your votes count as two. This won’t be shown until the final Vote Tally at the end of a Daylight Phase, and can potentially change results. The Vote number will show as changed, but it won’t reveal it is because of you. However, if you’re the only person to vote for that Player, it will become rather obvious.

When Mion plays, she plays hard, and this power is just the first step to her inevitable victory.

You are Rena Ryuugu, Human Aligned Master Hoarder

A cute young girl who can’t resist the tempation of something adorable and new, Rena is a citizen of Hinamizawa, and a member of Mion’s School Club. Her ultimate aim is to own every adorable item on the planet, and won’t stop regardless of who owns it or where it is. If she can’t take it home, she’ll just make her home the world.

You are a Gun Owner, and have one bullet to fire whenever you wish, and kill your target. You may do this in the Daylight Phase, in which case the Player targeted will die as soon as the Game Master is available to announce the death, or in the Twilight Phase, in which case the death will happen with the narrative at the end of the Phase. To use this ability, respond to the PM as per the example below:

Shoot: Playername

Additionally, when you shoot someone, it will be announced that it was you who did it. It will only note your username, not your role name. Remember to save your single bullet and use it wisely.

Let’s just say I saw how he plays these sorts of games and decided I HAD to investigate him. It was just that simple. I think I posted above that I nodded and was not at all surprised when I discovered he was a witch. Take that as you will, but I think I might abstain from the next game to prevent getting killed immediately.

The First Twilight

A little girl wandered the halls of the mansion, unafraid of the potential dangers that bothered some of the others; for her, this was her element, and she refused to miss out on the fun. She walked with confidence seeking out a girl she met who had traveled far to be here, but almost like magic her thoughts were suddenly filled with the image of an older woman. Not wanting to doubt the potential magic at play, she headed over to check on her instead. Finding the lady asleep, with no apparent plans to act tonight, she scribbled a picture down in her notebook and ran back to her room in joy. Restkastel attempts to Note Pepe, but is Redirected by Karifean to EternalMagician.

A confident woman sat in the halls, watching over a loud little lady who was enjoying herself doing nothing in particular. She had come to make sure she was safe, but was starting to regret the decision; with no plans to move and nothing else to do, the lady had begun to gloat about old stories. PocketyHat protects cjlim2007, who isn’t targeted.

A confident butler walked down the hallway most of the guests were staying in, and with a polite knock stepped in to check on an old woman. She seemed content to stay in her room, and the butler’s tea was just another excuse for her plans to remain unchanged. After serving the lady as best he could, the butler stepped out and made a mental note on the lady’s potential aims. King_Titanite_XV investigates Aspirety, and discovers he is Witch Aligned

Alone in the lounge, a beautiful woman was trying to learn her way around the intimidatingly large mansion. She had stopped to take a break, and was looking out the window across the gorgeous garden of roses. However, the window was suddenly painted red, and the pain screaming inside her body told her the blood was her own. The knife pierced her back, and kept her from being unable to turn around to see the assailant; only hearing the sounds of a girlish laugh of glee. Reaching forward to wipe some of the blood from the window, and catch an image of her attacker, she felt the knife suddenly twist… and then felt nothing else ever again. Pictoshark assassinates Wonderlander, with the instructions that he would hear a girlish laugh and be unable to actually see the attacker

The attacker looked over their work, and quickly headed out to the entrance hall. However, a door at the opposite end of the room layed slightly open, and the eye of a mysterious young girl watched the shadow slink away. akafa123 tracks Pictoshark, learning he visited Wonderlander

Aspirety, EternalMagician, cjlim2007 and Wonderlander did not act this phase.

Second Twilight

The confident butler walked out with a new target in mind, planning to solidify his team’s victory. On the way through the many halls, he encountered a small gloomy girl minding her own business. When he went to walk past her, he heard her mutter some vague words about a suspicion. The butler continued on his way, but found himself at the room of a tough young visitor. He made small talk with her for a while, and then left, making his usual mental notes on the situation. The butler had been followed by the confident lady, who worried he potentially made for a good target, but he never came to harm. King_Titanite_XV intends to investigate Pictoshark, but Karifean redirects him to thesorceress. PocketyHat followed King_Titanite_XV to protect him, but he wasn’t targeted.

In two different parts of the mansion, a little girl and a loud lady both fell into holes, and ended up somewhere else. While not of consequence to either, the little girl was amazed at the event, and the fact it had cut down on her travel time for the night. EternalMagician switches Restkastel and cjlim2007, which accomplishes nothing. The little girl finally made it to visit the cute young visitor, and found a mysterious young girl already there as well. The three girls engaged in a rather fun night that lasted into the late hours, and the little girls drawing of the cute young visitor impressed the pair. Restkastel notes Pepe, as planned the previous night. akafa123 tracks Pepe, but finds out he did nothing.

An older woman covered in an odd red dress was awake tonight, and was laughing to herself thinking about the potential confusion she had caused with her power. She was interrupted, however, when she realized she was not alone. A small girl had entered the room, and the old woman could feel something was off. The small girl began to walk towards her, never breaking the eye contact that had started when she arrived. When the old woman showed a sign of hesitation, and tried to take a step back, she changed from a walk to a sprint, and was suddenly in front of the woman’s face.

The laughter and dark smile rang warning bells in the older woman’s mind, but they were slowly overridden by a sudden jolt of pain, and her brain and nerves screamed in unison. The woman, now fully aware of the knife plunged through her chest, fell to the floor unable to comprehend the situation she was in. The last thing she heard was that damn laugh, continuing until it faded out as her mind shut down for good. EternalMagician is assasinated by Pictoshark. The instructions for this death were, to keep the illusion of the young female killer, that he would see Karifean’s Bernkastel in his last moments while Leo Shishigami remained hidden behind the victim.

The little girl had made it back to her room, and was looking at her notebook, when the drawing of the older woman from last night was burnt away. While suddenly surprised, it quickly turned into a smile, and she went to bed happier than ever. Restkastel is granted a single use of EternalMagician’s ‘Switch’ ability, now that he has died.

In the marble hall overlooking the Gameboard, the Crimson stood up unexpectedly, a scowl across his face. Players from the previous match instantly knew what was happening, but the spectacle of the Crimsons foot shattering a person and the chair they sat in shocked the newcomers as they jolted up. Without so much as a word, the Crimson sat back down and looked back at the table, leaving it to the veterans to explain his odd action. I kick CJ’s corpse into dust.

cjlim2007 didn’t act this phase, but you all know that.

To give you the actual answer, because you solved ghagler’s game, marking you as smart. I wanted to knock out a smart person. I would have hit Rest, but his intelligence isn’t as common knowledge around here and might draw undue attention to Karifean, King and myself. I would have hit King, but he was new so it was not as much of an issue and I didn’t want to kill someone on night one of their first mafia game.
