In that context, “it” was supposed to refer to “me voting”, so the sentence would be “me voting is preferable to having no lynch at all occur”.
It was poor communication, my bad.
He said “If I have to” as in, if he has to vote he will, and then he wrote “it’s preferable to” referring to the previous sentence where he referred to his intention to vote “having no lynch at all”. As in, the act of him voting was preferable to having no lynch.

Huh, so I guess you calculated the time from when you started to write the post. Or the forum is even more broken and the forum telling me it was written at 7:48 PM my time (that’s 5:48 PM UTC) is wrong as well.
