Another little nugget of a mystery [GAME 2] [SOLVED]

I could flood you with irrelevent limes as well.

But I do not, as I am a good(ish) GM.

Good day sir. Hurry along to another fragment now.

Also, thanks to everyone for playing! This game really helped with my training! Master still says I should stick to entropy rather than specializing in chaos, but I’ll do whatever I want!

@King_Titanite_XV @akafa123 @Restkastel @thesorceress @Funyarinpa @Karifean @Wonderlander @Blackrune @Aspirety @PocketyHat @RedEspeon

THE GAMEBOARD HAS ENDED!

THE FINAL BLUE THAT PIERCED THE TRUTH WAS PENNED BY: @Karifean

Good day voyagers! May we meet again!

ALLRIGHT THEN
I will not ask how this happened but on my phone your red truth says outside. However on the drawer by akafa it says inside.
After a refresh it says inside.
Did you fuck with me using Dev mode or something, or am I gonna have to buy a new phone?

I assumed at first it was just that I read you writing up a truth and you wrote outside, I noted it, then you changed it to inside once you realised it was a mistake before submitting it. But it’s not that.

Anyway, If I was agameboard master, I’d ask in lime “how dumb is this man to see curtains and jot assume window? Was he looking for sunlight streaming in?” That’s not even qualified as a search in my book, and my book is always right.
Well whatever, I’ll take it with distaste, but I’ll take it nonetheless. I should’ve looked at the image posted instead of the text on my phone, I’ll learn for next time.

Wait, you couldn’t have Dev mode it since it loads and delays text as I scroll on phone. That and I don’t think my phone could access Dev mode…ah whatever this hurts my head.

/high5. This was fun! Though I am just a tiny bit disappointed by the answer because I was expecting it to be something of epic proportions lol. But sometimes, a simple answer can outlive them all

Next one you should totally have a murder mystery, that is the main element of us all after all :stuck_out_tongue:

After all this isnt even worth a mystery if you are a hardcore Van Dyne fan.

Wait, can someone explain how he didn’t notice a window? He didn’t notice curtains or what?

There were two other windows in the bank. So there were three in total. Two of the windows did not open.

The third did open, but happened to have it’s curtains drawn across it.

The man assumed it did not open.

Oh, I see. We didn’t checked the possibility of him entering through the window, damn. It was pretty fun tho.

Keh, the thing with simple ones is that you always end up overthinking them. I probably wouldn’t have tried anything close to that and just assumed it’d be covered by secret entries for a long while. Good effort, everyone. And nice job, Karifean.

Did you really go into this gameboard expecting Van Dine to be followed? The mystery wasn’t even a murder to begin with. :stuck_out_tongue:

Thats the joke. I was implying it wasnt even a mystery to begin with.

I think you have the twisted logic to craft a gameboard for us Restkastel. How can I bribe you to do it. Maybe get Ronove to bake cookies?

I guess I could, but that would take a bit of convincing. Hmmm, what would satisfy my tastes to run such a game for my Voyagers? Well, for one I would need to either develop a system to use for here or use @pictoshark’s. However, do not expect my gameboards to be as reliant on trading reds as Picto’s. I would likely present a story in full and abide by a few principles laid out in full.

And of course, do not expect such a cheap trick as random curtains over a window. If you manage to convince me it will take a bit of time to craft an appropriate mystery for us all, but I shall do my best to please the tastes of the voyagers.

Very well. Let it be our job to convince you. Wouldn’t it be endless fun to see the look of anguish and horror on the face of our one and only @pictoshark though? That is enough of a reward.

I can get that easily enough when I’m in a voice chat with him, he gives so many opportunities for me to make jokes at his expense~

This is the curtain hiding the window.
