Alright, so I’m gonna invoke my right to request some of these be elaborated on. Numbers 4 and 5 are super vague and are essentially just forcing me to respond to a request instead of a theory.

When the shed was opened, Kalladin, Horace and Sethon were alive, they were only killed afterwards, just because they are dead, it doesn’t mean they were dead when the shed was opened. Astrid shot Dalinar through the garage window, killing him instantly. Vin faked his death and used the fact everyone thought he was dead to kill Arya and Adolin in the basement when Astrid and Shallan were still in the first floor. It was already explicitly said that Astrid killed Shallan, however, before commiting suicide, she killed Vin.
Then when and how did they die?
Astrid killed them either before heading to the guest mansion or after she killed Shallan.
