Wonderful news! This first government really served its purpose well, Yerian and Erika have set a good example on how all of us should perform our duties.
As for nominating somebody, I’ll say the same thing as Pepe, that it’s all up to Eisen Koubu. While we should work together and hear everybody’s opinions on who would work best as a chancellor, I think the presidential nominee would know better who would adapt best with their own skills and way of governing. Though of course, we can be asked if we think the chancellor and them will be compatible, later on. And besides, nominating somebody of our own liking may be biased, but then again, so may be the one that the president will nominate.
Oh, stop teasing Aspirety for his honest attitude, he probably just wants to find ones he can trust as soon as he can and do his best for our village, right, Aspirety?
@Karifean just wondering about the rules, is it possible by some statistical bullshit that the first two presidents each end up with the first 3 progressive policies each meaning that the first two are guaranteed progressive but then it’s impossible to enact anymore progressive policies until the stack is reshuffled? Just a hypothetical thing
Pardon my lateness. I have a loli niece in the hospital, and I went to deliver some ohagi to her as a wellness present. She’s very supportive of our efforts and she looks forward to my presidential election.
After some deliberation (and fervent prayer to our guardian deity), I have decided upon @Rabla as my nominated chancellor. While I am not dismissing Aspirety’s argument, it is too early in the election season to figure out exactly who is radical and who is progressive. I will agree that the story cannot move forward without taking risks, and I think nominating people who are keeping themselves in the dark for the most part will bring together the village more than ever.
Personally, I support Mr. EisenKoubu. I voted in his proposed policy for a reason. I don’t know Mr. Rabla very well, but I would certainly like for us to become closer as council members and friends. I trust Mr. EisenKoubu’s decision on this one.
That’s very good thinking of you Eisen Koubu, that we should try and listen more to the less active and less well-known members of our council. I don’t know Rabla well, but I guess I will give them this chance to showcase their skills.
Since our presidential candidates has chosen a chancellor, it’s time for everyone to vote.
President: EisenKoubu
Chancellor: Rabla
Do you trust these two to represent you and the entire village of Hinamizawa and enact a policy on your behalf? Those who haven’t yet done so, please send your votes directly to me.
A very good choice, Mr. Koubu! Indeed, I have no qualms over any person who prefers chocolate over killing. As such, I wholeheartedly support the nomination of Rabla as chancellor, and believe that his nomination is in the best interests for the folks over at hinamizawa
