Devil's Playground - Game 3

I refer you to these reds.

Expand on this. How did Dalinar get in? Where did Shallan kill Dalinar? How did Astrid get back into the Guest Mansion?

While the group entered the mansion,. Arya and Adolin went to the basement. Astrid locked the basement door on them. Astrid went to the basement door, unlocked it, entered the basement, killed them and after Shallan arrived, Astrid and Shallan checked the bodies. Astrid convinced Shallan that Dalinar must have been still alive, is the culprit, and they must find him. Then one of the two happened :
a) Dalinar entered the mansion earlier that day before the murders and then stayed outside after leaving the mansion. Astrid and Shallan left the guest mansion found Dalinar and both or one of them killed him. Astrid and Shallan went back to the mansion, Astrid killed Shallan and then ended herself
b) Dalinar entered the mansion through the basement window after Astrid and Shalan left to the first floor and after they checked the two bodies. Astrid and/or Shallan finds Dalinar and kills him. Astrid then kills Shallan and herself.

The group enters in the guest mansion through the basement window. Since there are many entrances to the guest mansion, like other windows, Dalinar entered in the guest mansion while the group was entering it. Astrid locks Arya and Adolin in the basement, and heads to the first floor with Shallan. Shallan, Astrid, and Dalinar are free to roam through the mansion without the need to open any entrance since there are entrances who were left opened and they can also break down the entrances. Eventually Dalinar is found by Shallan while she wasn’t on the first floor, both were inside the guest mansion, and Shallan kills Dalinar. Astrid heads back to the basement breaking down the window, she kills Arya and Adolin and breaks down the window in order to leave the basement. Astrid returns to the guest mansion through one of the entrances to the guest mansion, possibly even the same Dalinar used to get in.

Time for the Reds to Trump All Reds.

These Reds break your theory.

To really smack the hammer in.

Thus,

Astrid did not kill Arya or Adolin.

The only time people entered the Basement between the times when Astrid locked the door and Astrid unlocked it was through the window.

The group entered the Guest mansion once, and it was through the front door.

All entrances were locked when the group arrived at the Guest mansion.

The Guest mansion has only two floors: the Basement and the First floor.

The group enters in the guest mansion through the front door, while Dalinar enters either through the front door without being noticed, or some other entrance. Astrid locks the door to the basement with Arya and Adolin inside. Astrid and Shallan head to the first floor. Shallan leaves the first floor either using an entrance that was already opened or breaking down an entrance, breaks down the basement window, kills Arya and Adolin, and breaks down the basement window once again. Astrid and Shallan go check on Arya and Adolin, sometime before this, Dalinar left the guest mansion and, after Astrid unlocked the door to the basement, Dalinar opens the basement window, Shallan kills Dalinar before he had the chance to enter in the guest mansion once again. Astrid then kills Shallan and commits suicide.

Once the basement window is broken, it cannot be used again.

Repeat this: “The door to the basement was only unlocked once”

I already repeated this one before.

The door to the basement was only unlocked once

The group enters in the guest mansion through the front door, while Dalinar enters either through the front door without being noticed, or some other entrance. Astrid opens the basement window, locks it, and locks the door to the basement with Arya and Adolin inside. Astrid and Shallan go from the door to the basement, where only Arya and Adolin are inside, to the first floor. Dalinar breaks down the basement window without leaving the guest mansion, that is possible because as long as a part of his body is still inside the guest mansion, like in a first floor window, he’s still inside the guest mansion. Dalinar kills Arya and Adolin and hides inside the room. When Astrid and Shallan open the door to the basement, Dalinar leaves through the door to the basement before they enter, but ends up being killed by either Shallan or Astrid. Astrid then kills Shallan and commits suicide.

The window in the basement was closed when Astrid locked the door to the Basement.

Moving any part of your body outside constitutes as leaving the Guest Mansion.

When Astrid unlocks the door to the Basement, but it is still closed, only the dead bodies of Arya and Adolin are inside. Dalinar is not inside at this time.

Only Astrid, Shallan, Adolin, and Arya entered the guest mansion via the front door Adolin and Arya went to the basement, Astrid locked the door. Astrid unlocks the door, and Shalladin opens it. He kills Aodlin and Arya before they check the bodies. Shalladin then goes outside via the guest mansion door and kills Dalinar. He comes back and Astrid kills him. Astrid then kills herself

Shallan leaves the first floor either using an entrance that was already opened or breaking down an entrance. Shallan breaks down the basement window, kills Arya and Adolin and waits for Astrid, Astrid unlocks the door to the basement and, after she enters in the basement, Dalinar shows up, Shallan kills Dalinar, is killed by Astrid, and then Astrid commits suicide.

I refer you to this,

Assuming that you imply that Astrid closes the window and locks it…

Shallan was not in the basement when the door to the basement was unlocked by Astrid. Shallan was standing next to Astrid on the first floor.

Well done making it this far. It’s time to put the nail in the coffin.

When the door to the Basement was locked by Astrid, only Adolin and Arya were inside, and they were alive. When the door was unlocked by Astrid, the only people inside were Adolin and Arya, who were both dead. Thus, the culprit had to enter during this time period to kill them. The only two ways to enter the room in the Basement are the door and the window. The door was not used during this time period. The only way the culprit could have entered the room in this time period was through the window. Neither Dalinar nor Shallan used the window to enter the room. Astrid, of course, did not kill Arya or Adolin. Everyone else is dead.

Repeat this: “It’s impossible to say Arya and Adolin are the same person”

It’s impossible to say Arya and Adolin are the same person.

Repeat these:

  1. “Shallan didn’t kill Arya and Adolin”
  2. “Dalinar didn’t kill Arya and Adolin”
  3. “Arya didn’t kill Adolin”
  4. “Adolin didn’t kill Arya”

I refuse on all counts.

Define “everyone else” and “dead”

Repeat this :

“Every person in the story can only be referred to by one name”

Vin, Sethon, Kalladin and Horace are deceased. They have no more impact on the game. Dead means death of the body and personality.

Every person in the story can only be referred to by one name.

Adolin and Arya were killed by the same person.
