While the group entered the mansion, Dalinar went to the basement window (by breaking it down)with a gun and sat on it (such that his legs are hanging towards the basement side of the window ledge). Arya and Shallan went to the basement. Astrid locked the basement door on them. Dalinar then entered the basement from the window shot them. Astrid went to the basement door, unlocked it, and moved the bodies to outside the basement (ie; near the entrance). She for some reason did notice Dalinar (ie: fatigue, stress) or Dalinar threatened to shoot her if she squealed on him. Dalinar then promptly made his escape to somewhere in the guest mansion. Shallan then came after Astrid and they both checked the bodies. On their way back either Shallan or Astrid saw Dalinar and killed him. Astrid then killed Shallan and then herself

When Astrid locked the basement, there was nobody aside from Adolin and Arya inside of it.

Dalinar is found by Shallan while she wasn’t on the first floor, he entered in the guest mansion while the group was entering it, Shallan kills Dalinar. Astrid heads back to the basement breaking down the window, she kills Arya and Adolin and breaks down the window in order to leave the basement.

Expand on this. How did Dalinar get in? Where did Shallan kill Dalinar? How did Astrid get back into the Guest Mansion?

While the group entered the mansion,. Arya and Adolin went to the basement. Astrid locked the basement door on them. Astrid went to the basement door, unlocked it, entered the basement, killed them and after Shallan arrived, Astrid and Shallan checked the bodies. Astrid convinced Shallan that Dalinar must have been still alive, is the culprit, and they must find him. Then one of the two happened :
a) Dalinar entered the mansion earlier that day before the murders and then stayed outside after leaving the mansion. Astrid and Shallan left the guest mansion found Dalinar and both or one of them killed him. Astrid and Shallan went back to the mansion, Astrid killed Shallan and then ended herself
b) Dalinar entered the mansion through the basement window after Astrid and Shalan left to the first floor and after they checked the two bodies. Astrid and/or Shallan finds Dalinar and kills him. Astrid then kills Shallan and herself.

Astrid went to the basement door, unlocked it, entered the basement, killed them and after Shallan arrived, Astrid and Shallan checked the bodies. When Astrid and Shallan went to check the bodies of Arya and Adolin, Astrid unlocked the door.

The only time that the door was unlocked was when Astrid unlocked it from the first floor.

First, the basement window was broken from the start of the game, either via the bad weather or Astrid just being really bad at upkeeping her guest mansion. In any case, Arya and Adolin entered the basement. Astrid locked the basement door and went upstairs with Shallan. Dalinar then entered via the already broken window, killed Arya and Adolin. Astrid unlocks the basement door with Shallan, but they don’t enter right away. Dalinar escapes through the basement door, Astrid/Shallan check the bodies and then kill Dalinar (he may wasn’t quick enough to get to the first floor in time) Astrid then kills Shallan and then herself

The window in the basement was closed when Astrid locked the door to the Basement.

Moving any part of your body outside constitutes as leaving the Guest Mansion.

When Astrid unlocks the door to the Basement, but it is still closed, only the dead bodies of Arya and Adolin are inside. Dalinar is not inside at this time.

Shallan was not in the basement when the door to the basement was unlocked by Astrid. Shallan was standing next to Astrid on the first floor.

When the door to the Basement was locked by Astrid, only Adolin and Arya were inside, and they were alive. When the door was unlocked by Astrid, the only people inside were Adolin and Arya, who were both dead. Thus, the culprit had to enter during this time period to kill them. The only two ways to enter the room in the Basement are the door and the window. The door was not used during this time period. The only way the culprit could have entered the room in this time period was through the window. Neither Dalinar nor Shallan used the window to enter the room. Astrid, of course, did not kill Arya or Adolin. Everyone else is dead.
